All of our print products are dispatched by UPS, once collection has been confirmed an email confirmation will be issued to each customer with a tracking link, all customers can track the process of their delivery online without the need to contact CDS for information.
Returns are strictly as per the terms and conditions and are only accepted when a printing process error has occured, customer are reminded to ensure that all proofs are double checked, once signed off, CDS will not accept any responsibility.
