A copy of our terms and conditions will be supplied with all quotations and on the reverse of all invoices

Delivery.

Christian Design Services uses DPD to make delivery of all it's printed material.

We only deliver to UK addresses and require a signatory for all packages.

Damaged goods must be noted on the delivery slip and CDS should be advised, in writing (email), within 2 hours of delivery.

CDS will not be liable for damages reported outside these times.

Our couriers will attempt 2 deliveries - on the 2nd attempt the goods are returned to us -

the customer will then be liable for a re-delivery charge set at a minimum fee of £15.00 or when delivery charge is greater -

the customer is liable for greater value plus an admin fee of £10.00 to CDS.

We aim to beat any genuine like for like quotation on any paper printed items.

Received a quote cheaper then us? Send us a copy* and we promise to beat it - and drop the price by a further 10%.

*CDS always checks the validity of prices received via our price promise.
